Mashed Potatoe Casserole |

Ingredients: |
12 | | Potatoes |
8 | oz | Cream Cheese |
| | Salt, Butter and Milk (for mashing) |
| | Bread Crumbs |
1 | | stick Margarine |
8 | oz | Cheddar Cheese, Shredded |

Instructions: |
1. | Peel and cook potatoes. |
2. | Add salt, butter and milk, mash. |
3. | Add cream cheese. |
4. | Put in 13x9 inch pan. |
5. | Cover with cheddar cheese. |
6. | Top with bread crumbs and dot on margarine. |
7. | Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. |
8. | (This dish can be made in advance.) |
