| Ingredients: |
| 1 | can | Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls (8 oz) |
| 1/4 | cups | Pizza Sauce |
| 1/4 | cups | Parmesan Cheese, grated |
| 1 | oz | Pepperoni Slices (16 slices) |
| 1/3 | cups | Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Heat oven to 375 degrees |
| 2. | Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray |
| 3. | On work surface, unroll dough into one large rectangle. Press perforations to seal. |
| 4. | Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough to within 1 inch of edges and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese |
| 5. | Starting at short side, roll up rectangle, jelly-roll fashion. |
| 6. | Cover with plastic-wrap; refrigerate 15 min |
| 7. | With serated knife, cut roll into 16 pieces. Place cut side down on sprayed cookie sheet. |
| 8. | Top each piece with 1 pepperoni slice and about 1 tsp of mozzarella cheese |
| 9. | Bake at 375 degrees for 9 - 11 min or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted. |
| 10. | (bottoms will be deep golden brown) |
