| Ingredients: |
| 1 1/2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 | cups | Water |
| 1/4 | cups | Cornstarch |
| 1 large | pkgs | Strawberry Jello |
| 2 | quarts | Strawberries |
| 2 | | Pie Shells, baked |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear. |
| 2. | While mixture is hot, stir in jello and let cool. |
| 3. | Put 2 - 3 tbsp of this mixture in the bottom of a baked pie shell to seal the bottom. |
| 4. | Alternate layers of strawberries and jello mix until crusts are filled. |
| 5. | Refrigerate. |
