| Triple Chocolate Picnic Cake |

| Ingredients: |
| 1 | pkg | Pudding-Included German Choc. Cake Mix (18.25 oz) |
| 3/4 | cups | Water |
| 4 | | Eggs |
| 1 | cup | Butter or Margarine, softened |
| 1 | pkg | Instant Choc. Pudding and Pie Filling Mix (4 oz) |
| 1 | cup | Miniature Semisweet Choc. Chips |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Heat oven to 325 degrees. |
| 2. | Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan. |
| 3. | In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except choc. chips; beat at low speed until moistened. |
| 4. | Beat 2 minutes at high speed. |
| 5. | Fold in choc. chips. |
| 6. | Pour into greased and floured pan. |
| 7. | Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. |
| 8. | Cool 15 minutes. |
| 9. | Invert cake onto serving plate. |
