Triple Chocolate Picnic Cake

Ingredients:
1pkg Pudding-Included German Choc. Cake Mix (18.25 oz)
3/4cups Water
4 Eggs
1cup Butter or Margarine, softened
1pkg Instant Choc. Pudding and Pie Filling Mix (4 oz)
1cup Miniature Semisweet Choc. Chips
 
Instructions:
1.  Heat oven to 325 degrees.
2.  Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan.
3.  In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except choc. chips; beat at low speed until moistened.
4.  Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
5.  Fold in choc. chips.
6.  Pour into greased and floured pan.
7.  Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.
8.  Cool 15 minutes.
9.  Invert cake onto serving plate.
