| 1 | pkg | Oreo Cookies, crushed | | 8 | oz | Cream Cheese, softened | | 2 large | boxes | Instant Vanilla Pudding | | 1 | pkg | Cool Whip | | 3 1/2 | cups | Milk |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix pudding and milk, then add cream cheese. | | 2. | Layer 1/2 of oreo package, then all of the pudding mix, then all of the cool whip. | | 3. | Top with remaining oreos. | | 4. | Refrigerate. |
