| Ingredients: |
| 1 1/4 lb. | pkgs | Oreo Cookies, crushed |
| 8 | oz | Cream Cheese |
| 1 | cup | Powdered Sugar |
| 2 | pkgs | French Vanilla Instant Pudding |
| 3 | cups | Milk |
| 12 | oz | Cool Whip |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; set aside. |
| 2. | Combine pudding and milk until thickened and then add to the cream cheese mixture. |
| 3. | Add cool whip to pudding mixture. |
| 4. | Cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with crushed oreos, saving some for the top. |
| 5. | Place pudding mixture on top of the oreos and top with remaining oreos. |
| 6. | Refrigerate. |
