Toasted Butter Pecan Cake Frosting

Ingredients:
1/4cups Butter
1 p. Powdered Sugar, sifted (Could this be 1 lb.(4 cups)?)
1tsp Vanilla
4-6tbsp Evaporated Milk or Cream
2/3cups Toasted Pecans (left from the cake ingredients)
