Strussel-Filled Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2cups Flour (a)
3tsp Baking Powder (a)
1/4tsp Salt (a)
3/4cups Sugar (a)
1/4cups Shortening (a)
1 Egg (a)
1/2cups Milk (a)
1tsp Vanilla (a)
1/2cups Brown Sugar
2tbsp Flour
2tsp Cinnamon
2tbsp Butter, melted
1/2cups Nuts, chopped
 
Instructions:
1.  Mix all (a) ingredients for cake batter.
2.  Mix all remaining ingredients for strussel filling.
3.  Pour half of batter into 8x8x2 inch pan.
4.  Pour half of filling on top of batter.
5.  Pour remaining batter and top with remaining filling.
6.  Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven a little cooler than 375 degrees.
