| Ingredients: |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Wesson Oil |
| 3 | | Eggs |
| 1 | cup | Nuts, chopped |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 | cup | Sweet Milk |
| 1 | cup | Prunes, chopped |
| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 1 - 2 | tsp | Nutmeg |
| 1 - 2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 - 2 | tsp | Allspice |
| 1 - 2 | tsp | Cloves |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix together oil and sugar. |
| 2. | Add eggs; beat well. |
| 3. | Dissolve soda in sweet milk and add to mixture. |
| 4. | Next add chopped prunes and nuts. |
| 5. | Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. |
| 6. | Bake in angel food cake pan, bottom lined. |
| 7. | Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more until the top is thoroughly browned. |
