Ingredients: |
2 | cups | Sugar |
1 | cup | Wesson Oil |
3 | | Eggs |
1 | cup | Nuts, chopped |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Baking Soda |
1 | cup | Sweet Milk |
1 | cup | Prunes, chopped |
2 | cups | Flour |
1 - 2 | tsp | Nutmeg |
1 - 2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 - 2 | tsp | Allspice |
1 - 2 | tsp | Cloves |

Instructions: |
1. | Mix together oil and sugar. |
2. | Add eggs; beat well. |
3. | Dissolve soda in sweet milk and add to mixture. |
4. | Next add chopped prunes and nuts. |
5. | Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. |
6. | Bake in angel food cake pan, bottom lined. |
7. | Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more until the top is thoroughly browned. |
