| Ingredients: |
| 1 lg. | cans | Pumpkin (a) |
| 1 | can | Evaporated Milk (a) |
| 3 | | Eggs (a) |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt (a) |
| 1/2 | tsp | Nutmeg (a) |
| 1 | tsp | Cinnamon (a) |
| 1/2 | cups | Sugar (a) |
| 1 | box | Yellow Cake Mix |
| 1 | cup | Margarine, melted |
| 1/2 | cups | Walnuts or Pecans, chopped |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix all (a) ingredients and pour into a 9x13 greased baking pan. |
| 2. | Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture. |
| 3. | Drizzle margarine over cake mix. |
| 4. | Add chopped nuts over top. |
| 5. | Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
| 6. | When cake is cooled, top with Cool Whip. |
