| Banana Streusel Muffins |

| Ingredients: |
| 2 | cups | Flour (A) |
| 1 | cup | Sugar (A) |
| 1 | tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 | tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1/4 | tsp | Ground Cinnamon (A) |
| 2 | | Eggs |
| 1 | cup | Sour Cream (8 oz.) |
| 1/4 | cups | Butter or Margarine, melted (A) |
| 1 | cup | Ripe Bananas, mashed (2 med.) |
| 1/4 | cups | Sugar (B) |
| 3 | tbsp | Flour (B) |
| 1/4 | tsp | Ground Cinnamon (B) |
| 2 | tbsp | Butter or Margarine (B) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | In a large bowl, combine flour (A), sugar (A), baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon (A). |
| 2. | In a small bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, butter (A) and bananas. |
| 3. | Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened. |
| 4. | Fill greased or paper-lined cups 3/4 full. |
| 5. | For streusel, combine sugar (B), flour (B) cinnamon (B) in a small bowl; cut in butter (B). |
| 6. | Sprinkle over muffins. |
| 7. | Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
| 8. | Makes 12 muffins |
