Banana Bread |

Ingredients: |
3/4 | cups | Shortening |
1 1/2 | cups | Sugar |
3 | | Eggs |
5 | | Bananas, crushed |
3 | cups | Flour |
1 1/2 | tsp | Baking Soda |
1/4 | cups | Nuts |
Sprinkle | | Salt |

Instructions: |
1. | Cream shortening, add sugar. |
2. | Beat eggs and stir into creamed mixture. |
3. | Beat in bananas, and sift all other ingredients. |
4. | Stir sifted ingredients in with nuts. |
5. | Pour in greased pan. (Spray only bottom of pan with Pam.) |
6. | Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. |
7. | Makes 2 loaves. |
