| Ingredients: |
| 3 | | Eggs (A) |
| 1 | cup | Salad Oil (A) |
| 2 | cups | Sugar (A) |
| 1/2 | cups | Walnuts (A) |
| 2 | cups | Zucchini, grated (peels included, but seeds removed) |
| 3 | cups | Flour |
| 3 | tsp | Vanilla |
| 3 | tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1/2 | tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix all (A) ingredients. |
| 2. | Add zucchini. |
| 3. | Add remaining ingredients. |
| 4. | Pour into 2 greased pans. |
| 5. | Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
