Bisquick Pancakes |

Ingredients: |
2 | cups | Bisquick Baking Mix |
2 | | Eggs |
1 | cup | Milk |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Beat ingredients with hand beater until smooth. |
2. | Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle (grease if necessary). |
3. | Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. |
4. | Makes about 13 pancakes. |
5. | (For thinner pancakes, use 1 egg and 1 1/2 cups milk. |
