Bran Muffins |

Ingredients: |
2 | cups | Sugar |
1 | cup | & 3 Tbsp. Crisco |
4 | | Eggs |
1 | quart | Buttermilk |
2 | cups | All Bran |
2 | cups | Boiling Water |
4 | cups | Bran Buds |
6 | cups | White Flour |
5 | tsp | Baking Soda |
2 | tsp | Salt |

Instructions: |
1. | Pour boiling water over All Bran. |
2. | Cream shortening and sugar - then eggs. |
3. | Mix rest of dry ingredients; add buttermilk. |
4. | Blend well. |
5. | Pour into 4 quart jars. |
6. | Chill. |
7. | Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
8. | (Will keep 6 weeks in refrigerator.) |
