Strawberry Bread |

Ingredients: |
1 1/2 | cups | All-Purpose Flour |
1/2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1/2 | tsp | Baking Soda |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
2/3 | cups | Salad Oil |
2 | | Eggs, well-beaten |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1 1/4 | cups | Fresh Strawberries, sliced |
1/2 | cups | Pecans, chopped |

Instructions: |
1. | Combine flour, cinnamon, soda and salt and set aside. |
2. | In another bowl, beat together oil, eggs and sugar. |
3. | Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, mixing just until all ingredients are moistened. |
4. | Stir in strawberries and pecans. |
5. | Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 deg for 50-60 min |
6. | Cool in pan. |
7. | (Makes 1 loaf.) |
