Beer Biscuits

Ingredients:
4cups Bisquick OR 3 cups Self-Rising Flour
3tbsp Sugar
1can Beer, room temp but NOT flat (12 oz. can)
1 Egg (optional--if using self-rising flour)
 
Instructions:
1.  Mix ingredients and drop in greased muffin tin or roll and cut.
2.  If using Bisquick, bake at 375 or 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
3.  If using self-rising flour, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
