| Ingredients: |
| 4 | cups | Bisquick OR 3 cups Self-Rising Flour |
| 3 | tbsp | Sugar |
| 1 | can | Beer, room temp but NOT flat (12 oz. can) |
| 1 | | Egg (optional--if using self-rising flour) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix ingredients and drop in greased muffin tin or roll and cut. |
| 2. | If using Bisquick, bake at 375 or 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. |
| 3. | If using self-rising flour, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
