| Apple Spice Muffins |

| Ingredients: |
| 1 | pkg | Spice Cake Mix (18.5 oz. pkg) |
| 1 | can | Apple Pie Filling (20 oz. can) |
| 1 1/2 | cups | Wheat Bran Cereal |
| 2/3 | cups | Nuts, chopped |
| 2 | | Eggs |
| 1/3 | cups | Oil |
| 3/4 | cups | Buttermilk |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients at low speed, just until completely mixed |
| 2. | If not baking immediately, refrigerate batter up to 10 days. |
| 3. | Preheat oven to 400 degrees. |
| 4. | Fill lightly-oiled muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. |
| 5. | Bake for 25 minutes or until done. |
| 6. | (Makes 2 1/2 dozen 2 1/2 inch diameter muffins.) |
