Caramel Icing

Ingredients:
3tbsp Spry or Butter
6tbsp Cream
9tbsp Brown Sugar
1tsp Vanilla
 Powdered Sugar
 
Instructions:
1.  Bring butter, cream and brown sugar to boiling point.
2.  Remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar (enough to get the right texture).
3.  NOTE: This is for a layer cake; use 2 - 4 - 6 for loaf cake.
