Macaroni & Cheese |

Ingredients: |
8 - 10 | oz | macaroni - cooked and drained |
3 | tbsp | melted butter |
3 | tbsp | flour |
1 1/3 | cups | milk |
| | salt |
| | pepper |
1 | cup | shredded colby cheese |
|
Instructions: |
1. | melt butter in pan and mix in flour, salt and pepper |
2. | add milk and cook on medium heat until thickens (like milk gravy) |
3. | add cheese and let melt |
4. | put macaroni in greased casserole dish and pour sauce over it |
5. | sprinkle a little more cheese on top |
6. | bake at 350 deg. for 30 - 40 minutes |
