Ingredients: |
1 | lb | hamburger |
1 med | | onion, chopped |
2 | cans | Golden mushroom soup |
1/2 | cups | water |
1 | can | LaChoy Chop Suey Chinese vegetables (16 oz) |
1 | cup | Minute Rice (uncooked) |
1 | tsp | soy sauce |
| | Chinese noodles |

Instructions: |
1. | brown beef and onion, drain off fat |
2. | add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil |
3. | cover and cook over low heat 10 min or until rice is done - stir often |
4. | serve with additional soy sauce over Chinese noodles |
5. | makes 6 one cup servings |
