| Ingredients: |
| 3 | cups | brown sugar |
| 3 | | eggs |
| 1 | cup | Crisco |
| 2 | tsp | soda disolved in |
| 1/3 | cups | hot water |
| 1/2 | tsp | cream of tar tar put in flour |
| 4 1/2 | cups | flour |
| 1 - 2 | cups | chocolate chips |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | mix all in order |
| 2. | drop in spoonfuls onto cookie sheet |
| 3. | bake at 350 deg for 10 - 12 min |
