| Ingredients: |
| 1 1/2 | cups | flour |
| 3/4 | cups | butter |
| 1/2 | cups | chopped pecans (optional) |
| 1 | cup | powdered sugar |
| 1 | pkg | cream cheese |
| 1 | cup | Cool Whip |
| 2 | pkgs | chocolate fudge instant pudding |
| 3 | cups | milk |
| | Cool Whip |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Layer One - |
| 2. | combine first three ingredients |
| 3. | pat to form crust in a 9 x 13" baking dish |
| 4. | bake at 375 deg for 20 min - cool |
| 5. | Layer Two - |
| 6. | combine next three ingredients |
| 7. | spread over crust |
| 8. | Layer Three - |
| 9. | mix pudding and milk and pour over second layer |
| 10. | Layer Four - |
| 11. | frost with remaining Cool Whip |
