Ingredients: |
1 | lb | hamburger |
1 | | onion (minced) |
1 | | garlic clove (minced) |
32 | oz | tomato sauce |
1 | can | tomato paste |
2 | cups | mushrooms (optional) |
1 | tsp | oregano |
1/2 | tsp | parsley flakes |
| | salt |
| | pepper |
3 | cups | water |
1 | lb | mozzarella cheese |
1 | lb | lasagna |

Instructions: |
1. | brown hamburger, onion and garlic - drain fat |
2. | add remaining ingredients except cheese and lasagna |
3. | simmer 1/2 hour |
4. | prepare lasagna noodles according to package |
5. | layer in 9 x 13" baking dish - sauce - lasagna - cheese, etc |
6. | if seems too dry, add more water |
7. | bake covered at 350 deg for 30 min |
8. | uncover and bake additional 15 min |
