| Ingredients: |
| 1 | pkg | manicotti |
| 2 | cans | Prego spaghetti sauce (27 oz each) |
| 2 | | eggs |
| 15 | oz | ricotta cheese |
| 4 | cups | shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 1 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tbsp | parsley |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | cook manicotti according to package directions; drain |
| 2. | in large bowl, beat eggs |
| 3. | stir in ricotta, 3 c mozzarella, 3/4 c Parmesan and the parsley |
| 5. | spread 1 jar of sauce on bottom of greased 15 x 10 x 2" baking dish |
| 6. | fill each cooked manicotti with ricotta mixture and place in dish |
| 7. | top with second jar of sauce and remaining cheeses |
| 8. | bake at 350 deg, covered with foil, for 45 min |
| 9. | uncover and continue baking until cheese is melted, about 5 min |
