Ingredients: |
1 | pkg | manicotti |
2 | cans | Prego spaghetti sauce (27 oz each) |
2 | | eggs |
15 | oz | ricotta cheese |
4 | cups | shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | tbsp | parsley |

Instructions: |
1. | cook manicotti according to package directions; drain |
2. | in large bowl, beat eggs |
3. | stir in ricotta, 3 c mozzarella, 3/4 c Parmesan and the parsley |
5. | spread 1 jar of sauce on bottom of greased 15 x 10 x 2" baking dish |
6. | fill each cooked manicotti with ricotta mixture and place in dish |
7. | top with second jar of sauce and remaining cheeses |
8. | bake at 350 deg, covered with foil, for 45 min |
9. | uncover and continue baking until cheese is melted, about 5 min |
