| Ingredients: |
| 1 | pkg | Oreos (20 oz, crushed) | | 1/2 | cups | butter (softened) | | 8 | oz | cream cheese (softened) | | 1 | cup | powdered sugar | | 2 - 3 oz | pkgs | instant vanilla pudding | | 3 1/2 | cups | milk | | 8 | oz | Cool Whip |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | put 3/4 of Oreos in 9 x 13" dish | | 2. | mix butter, cream cheese, and pwd sugar | | 3. | mix pudding and milk, then add Cool Whip | | 4. | fold both mixes together | | 5. | spread on top of Oreos | | 6. | sprinkle remaining Oreos on top | | 7. | freeze |
