| 2 | lb | frozen hash browns | | 2 | cups | grated cheddar cheese | | 2 | tbsp | chopped onion | | 1/4 | cups | butter | | 16 | oz | sour cream | | 1 | can | cream of celery soup | | 1 | can | onion rings (optional) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | mix all but onion rings | | 2. | bake in a 9 x 13" baking dish at 350 deg for 45 min | | 3. | sprinkle onion rings on top and bake another 15 min |
