| Strawberry Pizza |

| Ingredients: |
| 3/4 | cups | butter (softened) |
| 1/2 | cups | powdered sugar |
| 1 1/2 | cups | flour |
| 1 | pkg | cream cheese (softened) |
| 3/4 | cups | powedered sugar |
| 1 sm | pkgs | Cool Whip |
| 1/2 | cups | sugar |
| pinches | salt |
| 1 sm | pkgs | strawberry jello |
| 1 | cup | water or juice from strawberries |
| 4 | tbsp | cornstarch |
| 20 + | oz | frozen strawberries (partially thawed) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | beat butter and 1/2 c pwd sugar until light and fluffy |
| 2. | blend in flour |
| 3. | press mixture onto bottom of 12" pizza pan (or 9 x 13" baking dish) |
| 4. | bake at 300 deg for 20 - 25 min (add additional 10 min for 9 x 13" dish) |
| 5. | mix cream cheese and 3/4 c pwd sugar, then add Cool Whip |
| 6. | spread over cooled crust |
| 7. | dissolve cornstarch in water |
| 8. | combine sugar, salt, jello and water |
| 9. | heat until thick |
| 10. | stir in strawberries |
| 11. | cool then spread over filling |
| 12. | (I have found it works best if you use no more than 1/2 c juice with the water) |
