Strawberry Pizza |

Ingredients: |
3/4 | cups | butter (softened) |
1/2 | cups | powdered sugar |
1 1/2 | cups | flour |
1 | pkg | cream cheese (softened) |
3/4 | cups | powedered sugar |
1 sm | pkgs | Cool Whip |
1/2 | cups | sugar |
| pinches | salt |
1 sm | pkgs | strawberry jello |
1 | cup | water or juice from strawberries |
4 | tbsp | cornstarch |
20 + | oz | frozen strawberries (partially thawed) |

Instructions: |
1. | beat butter and 1/2 c pwd sugar until light and fluffy |
2. | blend in flour |
3. | press mixture onto bottom of 12" pizza pan (or 9 x 13" baking dish) |
4. | bake at 300 deg for 20 - 25 min (add additional 10 min for 9 x 13" dish) |
5. | mix cream cheese and 3/4 c pwd sugar, then add Cool Whip |
6. | spread over cooled crust |
7. | dissolve cornstarch in water |
8. | combine sugar, salt, jello and water |
9. | heat until thick |
10. | stir in strawberries |
11. | cool then spread over filling |
12. | (I have found it works best if you use no more than 1/2 c juice with the water) |
