| Chicken Tetrazzini |

| Ingredients: |
| 3 | | chicken breasts (or 1 small whole chicken) |
| 1 - 2 | cups | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 2 | cups | chicken broth |
| 1 | can | cream of celery soup |
| 1 | can | cream of chicken soup |
| 2 1/2 | cups | uncooked spaghetti |
| | onion (as you like) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | boil chicken until cooked |
| 2. | remove skin and bone |
| 3. | add remaining ingredients and stir |
| 4. | put in a 9 x 13" baking dish, cover and let set in refrigerator 2 hrs or overnight |
| 5. | (freezes well) |
| 6. | bake uncovered at 375 deg for approx 45 min (until bubbly and light brown) |
