| Ingredients: |
| 1/2 | cups | cottage cheese |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | chili powder |
| 1 | lb | hamburger |
| 1 | cup | cheddar cheese |
| 1 med | | tomato |
| 8 | oz | cream cheese |
| 8 | oz | taco sauce |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | cup | lettuce |
| | black olives (optional) |
| | nacho chips |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | brown hamburger, drain |
| 2. | add 3/4 c taco sauce and simmer for 10 min |
| 3. | mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, chili powder and 1/4 c taco sauce |
| 4. | spread in bottom of 9 x 13" dish |
| 5. | next layer hamburger, then cheese, lettuce and tomato |
| 6. | use nacho chips to dip in it |
