Porcupine Meat Balls
  (One of Grandma's Favorites!)

Ingredients:
1/2cups rice
1lb ground beef
1tbsp minced onion
1tbsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1can tomato soup
3/4cups water
 
Instructions:
1.  Wash rice
2.  Combine rice, meat, onion, salt, pepper
3.  Form into balls
4.  Mix soup and water in pan
5.  Drop meat balls in pan and cover
6.  Bake at 350 deg for 45 min to 1 hour
