| Porcupine Meat Balls |

| Ingredients: |
| 1/2 | cups | rice |
| 1 | lb | ground beef |
| 1 | tbsp | minced onion |
| 1 | tbsp | salt |
| 1/2 | tsp | pepper |
| 1 | can | tomato soup |
| 3/4 | cups | water |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Wash rice |
| 2. | Combine rice, meat, onion, salt, pepper |
| 3. | Form into balls |
| 4. | Mix soup and water in pan |
| 5. | Drop meat balls in pan and cover |
| 6. | Bake at 350 deg for 45 min to 1 hour |
