| Ingredients: |
| 2 | lb | ground beef |
| 2 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | tsp | pepper (more if you like) |
| 1 | tbsp | mustard |
| 3 | tsp | sugar |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | place ground beef in 3 quart microwave-safe casserole dish, cover |
| 2. | microwave on high for 5 min (stir twice during cooking) |
| 3. | drain off grease |
| 4. | add seasonings, mix well |
| 5. | cover, microwave on high for 7 min (stir twice during cooking) |
| 6. | if any extra grease, drain at end |
