Cube or Round Steak with White Gravy

Ingredients:
 enough vegetable oil or crisco to lightly coat bottom of large pan
 enough regular flour to coat meat
3-4tbsp Wondra flour
 enough milk to fill half your pan
1pinch salt
1pinch pepper
 
Instructions:
1.  coat bottom of large pan with vegetable oil or Crisco
2.  flour both sides of meat, put in pan
3.  brown on both sides with med-high heat
4.  simmer cube steak about 1/2 hr, round takes longer
5.  remove meat, then turn burner to med-high
6.  add flour and cook a little
7.  dump milk all at once (to avoid sticking) and stir constantly until boils and thickens
8.  add salt and pepper
