Cube or Round Steak with White Gravy |

Ingredients: |
| | enough vegetable oil or crisco to lightly coat bottom of large pan |
| | enough regular flour to coat meat |
3-4 | tbsp | Wondra flour |
| | enough milk to fill half your pan |
1 | pinch | salt |
1 | pinch | pepper |

Instructions: |
1. | coat bottom of large pan with vegetable oil or Crisco |
2. | flour both sides of meat, put in pan |
3. | brown on both sides with med-high heat |
4. | simmer cube steak about 1/2 hr, round takes longer |
5. | remove meat, then turn burner to med-high |
6. | add flour and cook a little |
7. | dump milk all at once (to avoid sticking) and stir constantly until boils and thickens |
8. | add salt and pepper |
