| Microwave Peach Crisp |

| Ingredients: |
| 3 | cups | Peaches, sliced and drained (4 med fresh or two 16 oz. cans) |
| 3/4 | cups | Bisquick |
| 1/2 | cups | Quick-cooking Oats |
| 1/2 | cups | Brown Sugar |
| 3 | tbsp | Butter or Margarine, softened |
| 1/2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp | Nutmeg, ground |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Arrange peaches in a square microwavable dish 8x8x2 inches. |
| 2. | Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over peaches. |
| 3. | Microwave uncovered on high (100 degrees) 6 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. |
| 4. | Microwave uncovered until peaches are tender, 4-6 minutes longer. |
| 5. | Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired. |
| 6. | Conventional oven: Bake at 375 degrees 30-35 minutes (until peaches are tender). |
