| Ingredients: |
| 6 | | Egg whites |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 2 | cups | Crackers (reg. Hi Ho), mashed |
| 1/4 | tsp | Cream of tarter |
| 1 | can | Pie filling (cherry, blueberry, or pineapple) |
| 2 | boxes | Dream Whip |
| | Nuts (optional) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Beat egg whites. |
| 2. | Add sugar and crackers, then cream of tarter. |
| 3. | Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. |
| 4. | Next day: mix dream whip and pie filling; add nuts if desired. |
