Apple (or Peach) Crunch |

Ingredients: |
1 | cup | Flour |
3/4 | cups | Sugar |
1 | tsp | Baking powder |
1 | | Egg |
| | Peaches or Apples (fresh or canned) |
| | Butter |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Put peaches or apples in a square baking dish. If using fresh fruit, add sugar to sweeten to your l |
2. | Add pats of butter to the top of the fruit. |
3. | Mix flour, sugar and baking powder. |
4. | Add egg and mix until it crumbles. |
5. | Pat mixture on top of fruit. |
6. | Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
