| Ingredients: |
| 1 3/4 | cups | crushed vanilla wafers (a) |
| 1/2 | cups | crushed peanuts (a) |
| 1/4 | cups | melted butter (a) |
| 2 | tbsp | peanut butter (a) |
| 4 | | eggs (b) |
| 8 | oz | cream cheese (b) |
| 1/4 | cups | peanut butter (b) |
| 2 | tbsp | vanilla (b) |
| 1/3 | cups | sugar (b) |
| 12 - 16 | oz | Cool Whip |
| 1/2 | cups | caramel |
| 1/2 | cups | fudge |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | mix (a) ingredients |
| 2. | put into 9 x 13 dish, saving 1/2 cup in seperate bowl for later |
| 3. | beat (b) ingredient until smooth |
| 4. | fold in Cool Whip |
| 5. | pour over (a) mixture |
| 6. | pour mixture of caramel and fudge over top and swirl through |
| 7. | top with 1/2 cup of saved ingredients from step 2 |
