| Ingredients: |
| 3 - 5 | | Bananas, sliced |
| 2 | quarts | Metropoliton Ice Cream (1/2 gal.) |
| 1 | cup | Nuts, chopped |
| 1 | cup | Chocolate Chips |
| 1/2 | cups | Oleo |
| 2 | cups | Powdered Sugar |
| 1 1/2 | cups | Evaporated Milk |
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla |
| 1 | pint | Cool Whip |
| 2 1/2 | cups | Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 30 crackers) (a) |
| 1/2 | cups | Oleo (a) |
| 1/2 | cups | Powdered Sugar (a) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Reserve 1 c. graham cracker crumbs for topping and combine remaining (a) ingredients to form crust. |
| 2. | Cover an 11 x 15 pan with crust. |
| 3. | Slice bananas over crust. |
| 4. | Slice ice cream 1/2 inch thick over bananas. |
| 5. | Sprinkle nuts over ice cream and freeze. |
| 6. | Melt chocolate chips and oleo; add powdered sugar and milk. |
| 7. | Cool until thick, add vanilla and cool. |
| 8. | Pour over ice cream and freeze. |
| 9. | Cover with Cool Whip and crumbs and freeze. |
| 10. | Take out 10 minutes before serving. |
