Banana Split

Ingredients:
3 - 5 Bananas, sliced
2quarts Metropoliton Ice Cream (1/2 gal.)
1cup Nuts, chopped
1cup Chocolate Chips
1/2cups Oleo
2cups Powdered Sugar
1 1/2cups Evaporated Milk
1tsp Vanilla
1pint Cool Whip
2 1/2cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 30 crackers) (a)
1/2cups Oleo (a)
1/2cups Powdered Sugar (a)
 
Instructions:
1.  Reserve 1 c. graham cracker crumbs for topping and combine remaining (a) ingredients to form crust.
2.  Cover an 11 x 15 pan with crust.
3.  Slice bananas over crust.
4.  Slice ice cream 1/2 inch thick over bananas.
5.  Sprinkle nuts over ice cream and freeze.
6.  Melt chocolate chips and oleo; add powdered sugar and milk.
7.  Cool until thick, add vanilla and cool.
8.  Pour over ice cream and freeze.
9.  Cover with Cool Whip and crumbs and freeze.
10.  Take out 10 minutes before serving.
