| Ingredients: |
| 2 1/4 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Butter, softened |
| 3/4 | cups | Sugar |
| 3/4 | cups | Brown Sugar, packed |
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla |
| 2 | | Eggs |
| 2 | cups | Semi-Sweet Choc. Morsels (12 oz. pkg.) |
| 1 | cup | Nuts, chopped |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. |
| 2. | Combine flour, soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside. |
| 3. | Combine butter, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl; beat until creamy. |
| 4. | Beat in eggs. |
| 5. | Gradually add flour mixture. |
| 6. | Stir in chocolate pieces and nuts. |
| 7. | Spread into a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. |
| 8. | Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. (at 375 degrees) |
| 9. | Cool; cut into 35 two inch squares. |
