| Ingredients: |
| 2 | | cucumbers |
| 1 | | onion |
| | enough water to cover slices (a) |
| 2 | tbsp | salt (a) |
| 1 | cup | vinegar |
| 1/2 | cups | sugar |
| 1 | pinch | salt (b) |
| 1 | cup | water (b) |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | slice cucumbers and onion |
| 2. | cover in water (a) and add salt (a) |
| 3. | let set for 6 or more hours |
| 4. | remove from salt water and rinse |
| 5. | add vinegar, sugar, water (b), salt (b) |
| 6. | best served after refrigerated for one day |
