Cucumber & Onion (according to Mark) |

Ingredients: |
2 | | cucumbers |
1 | | onion |
| | enough water to cover slices (a) |
2 | tbsp | salt (a) |
1 | cup | vinegar |
1/2 | cups | sugar |
1 | pinch | salt (b) |
1 | cup | water (b) |

Instructions: |
1. | slice cucumbers and onion |
2. | cover in water (a) and add salt (a) |
3. | let set for 6 or more hours |
4. | remove from salt water and rinse |
5. | add vinegar, sugar, water (b), salt (b) |
6. | best served after refrigerated for one day |
