| Strawberry Nut Bread |

| Ingredients: |
| 2 | pkgs | Frozen Strawberries, thawed (10 oz) |
| 4 | | Eggs |
| 3 | cups | Flour |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 3 | tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Nuts, chopped (English Walnuts are suggested) |
| 1 1/4 | cups | Oil |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. |
| 2. | Grease two large 9 x 5 inch loaf pans (or three small loaf pans). |
| 3. | In medium bowl place thawed strawberries; stir in eggs and oil. |
| 4. | In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and fold in nuts. |
| 5. | Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and be sure to fold in from the bottom. |
| 6. | Stir well. |
| 7. | Pour into pans and bake 45 - 60 minutes. |
| 8. | Test with a toothpick in the center; when it comes out clean, bread is done. |
| 9. | Can be wrapped in foil and frozen, then reheated in microwave with cream cheese or butter. |
| 10. | Bread will be red when cut into slices. |
