Strawberry Nut Bread |

Ingredients: |
2 | pkgs | Frozen Strawberries, thawed (10 oz) |
4 | | Eggs |
3 | cups | Flour |
2 | cups | Sugar |
3 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | tsp | Baking Soda |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | cup | Nuts, chopped (English Walnuts are suggested) |
1 1/4 | cups | Oil |

Instructions: |
1. | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. |
2. | Grease two large 9 x 5 inch loaf pans (or three small loaf pans). |
3. | In medium bowl place thawed strawberries; stir in eggs and oil. |
4. | In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and fold in nuts. |
5. | Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and be sure to fold in from the bottom. |
6. | Stir well. |
7. | Pour into pans and bake 45 - 60 minutes. |
8. | Test with a toothpick in the center; when it comes out clean, bread is done. |
9. | Can be wrapped in foil and frozen, then reheated in microwave with cream cheese or butter. |
10. | Bread will be red when cut into slices. |
