Strawberry Nut Bread
  (One of Grandma's Favorites!)

Ingredients:
2pkgs Frozen Strawberries, thawed (10 oz)
4 Eggs
3cups Flour
2cups Sugar
3tsp Cinnamon
1tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Salt
1cup Nuts, chopped (English Walnuts are suggested)
1 1/4cups Oil
 
Instructions:
1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.  Grease two large 9 x 5 inch loaf pans (or three small loaf pans).
3.  In medium bowl place thawed strawberries; stir in eggs and oil.
4.  In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and fold in nuts.
5.  Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and be sure to fold in from the bottom.
6.  Stir well.
7.  Pour into pans and bake 45 - 60 minutes.
8.  Test with a toothpick in the center; when it comes out clean, bread is done.
9.  Can be wrapped in foil and frozen, then reheated in microwave with cream cheese or butter.
10.  Bread will be red when cut into slices.
