| Ingredients: |
| 3/4 | cups | Sugar | | 5 1/2 | tbsp | Butter, softened | | 1 | | Egg, beaten | | 2 | | Bananas, crushed | | 1 1/2 | cups | Flour | | 1 | tsp | Baking Powder | | 1 | tsp | Baking Soda | | 1/2 | tsp | Vanilla | | sprinkle | | Salt |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Cream butter, add sugar, beaten egg, vanilla and banana. | | 2. | Sift all other ingredients and stir well. | | 3. | Place in greased muffin tin and bake at 350 - 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. | | 4. | Makes 15. |
