Ginnys Custard
  (One of Grandma's Favorites!) 
Category: Puddings    Kitchen of: Ginny Caupp
 
Ingredients:
4cups Milk, warm
5 Eggs, beaten
2/3cups Sugar
1 1/2tsp Wondra Flour
1tsp Vanilla
dash Salt
 
Instructions:
1.  Mix Wondra flour and sugar together.
2.  Beat eggs and add sugar mixture and mix well.
3.  Add salt, vanilla and milk and pour into 2 quart dish.
4.  Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
5.  .Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
