| Ingredients: |
| 4 | cups | Milk, warm |
| 5 | | Eggs, beaten |
| 2/3 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Wondra Flour |
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla |
| dash | | Salt |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix Wondra flour and sugar together. |
| 2. | Beat eggs and add sugar mixture and mix well. |
| 3. | Add salt, vanilla and milk and pour into 2 quart dish. |
| 4. | Sprinkle nutmeg on top. |
| 5. | .Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. |
