| Ingredients: |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 1/4 | tsp | Salt |
| 4 | | Egg Yolks |
| 1 | | Whole Egg |
| | Chicken or Beef Broth, salted to taste |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. |
| 2. | In a medium bowl, beat whole egg and egg yolks together. |
| 3. | Add eggs a little at a time to the flour and fold in with a fork. |
| 4. | Heat broth to boiling. |
| 5. | Stir boiling broth as you crumble flour mixture into it. |
