Ingredients:
1cup Flour
1/4tsp Salt
4 Egg Yolks
1 Whole Egg
 Chicken or Beef Broth, salted to taste
 
Instructions:
1.  Sift flour and salt into a large bowl.
2.  In a medium bowl, beat whole egg and egg yolks together.
3.  Add eggs a little at a time to the flour and fold in with a fork.
4.  Heat broth to boiling.
5.  Stir boiling broth as you crumble flour mixture into it.
