Ingredients: |
1 | cup | Flour |
1/4 | tsp | Salt |
4 | | Egg Yolks |
1 | | Whole Egg |
| | Chicken or Beef Broth, salted to taste |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. |
2. | In a medium bowl, beat whole egg and egg yolks together. |
3. | Add eggs a little at a time to the flour and fold in with a fork. |
4. | Heat broth to boiling. |
5. | Stir boiling broth as you crumble flour mixture into it. |
