Ingredients: |
1 1/2 | lb | Ground Beef |
1 | | Egg |
1/4 | cups | Catsup |
1 | tsp | Salt |
6 square | | Soda Crackers |
6 square | | Graham Crackers |
1 med | | Onion, diced |
dash | | Pepper |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Mix beef, egg, catsup, onion, salt and pepper. |
2. | Roll crackers in plastic bag and then add to other ingredients. |
3. | Shape into a loaf and put in a loaf pan. |
4. | Put 2 Tbsp catsup on top. |
5. | Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
6. | Add approximately 1/2 inch water around loaf and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
