| Ingredients: |
| 1 | | Round Steak |
| 1/3 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 | tsp | Pepper |
| 2 | tbsp | Bacon Fat OR Salad Oil |
| 1 | cup | Mushroom Soup |
| 1/2 | cups | Water |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Trim fat and brown floured, salted and peppered meat in fat. |
| 2. | Turn heat down to simmer or place in large flat pan. |
| 3. | Stir mushroom soup with fork and pour on top of steak. |
| 4. | Add water carefully around steak |
| 5. | Seal well with foil and bake at 300 degrees or cover and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours. |
