Ingredients:
1 Round Steak
1/3cups Flour
1tsp Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
2tbsp Bacon Fat OR Salad Oil
1cup Mushroom Soup
1/2cups Water
 
Instructions:
1.  Trim fat and brown floured, salted and peppered meat in fat.
2.  Turn heat down to simmer or place in large flat pan.
3.  Stir mushroom soup with fork and pour on top of steak.
4.  Add water carefully around steak
5.  Seal well with foil and bake at 300 degrees or cover and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
