| Ingredients: |
| 3 - 4 | lb | Chicken Pieces |
| 1/3 | cups | Flour |
| 1/2 | tsp | Nutmeg |
| pinches | Ginger |
| 1/3 | cups | Oil |
| 1/4 | cups | Soy Sauce |
| large | cans | Pineapple |
| 2 | tbsp | Sugar |
| 1 clove | | Garlic |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Coat chicken pieces in nutmeg, ginger and flour mixture. |
| 2. | Brown in oil and place in a baking dish. |
| 3. | Mix together pineapple juice from large can, soy sauce, sugar and garlic. |
| 4. | Pour this mixture over the chicken. |
| 5. | Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. |
| 6. | Add chunk and crushed pineapple, then bake 15 minutes longer. |
