| Ingredients: |
| 2/3 | cups | Bisquick |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Paprika |
| 1 1/4 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 | tsp | Pepper |
| 2 1/2 - 3 | lb | Chicken, cut up |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. |
| 2. | Coat chicken |
| 3. | Arrange pieces skin side up, thickest part to outside edges in rect. (12x7.5x2) microwavable dish |
| 4. | Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 10 minutes. |
| 5. | Rotate dish 1/2 turn. |
| 6. | Microwave until done; 8 - 12 minutes longer. |
