Microwave Oven-Fried Chicken |

Ingredients: |
2/3 | cups | Bisquick |
1 1/2 | tsp | Paprika |
1 1/4 | tsp | Salt |
1/4 | tsp | Pepper |
2 1/2 - 3 | lb | Chicken, cut up |

Instructions: |
1. | Mix bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. |
2. | Coat chicken |
3. | Arrange pieces skin side up, thickest part to outside edges in rect. (12x7.5x2) microwavable dish |
4. | Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 10 minutes. |
5. | Rotate dish 1/2 turn. |
6. | Microwave until done; 8 - 12 minutes longer. |
7. | Serves 6 |
