| 1 | cup | Shell Macaroni | | 1 | cup | Milk | | 1 | can | Cream of Mushroom Soup | | 1 sm | | Onion, chopped | | 3 | | Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped (optional) | | 1/4 | lb | Cheese, grated | | 4 | oz | Dried Beef | | | Potato Chips, crushed | | | Grated Cheese |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix together macaroni, milk, soup, onion, eggs, 1/4 lb. cheese, and dried beef in a casserole dish. | | 2. | Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator | | 3. | Remove and top with crushed potato chips and extra cheese. | | 4. | Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
