Potato Wedges |

Ingredients: |
1/4 | cups | Butter, softened |
1 clove | | Garlic, crushed |
3 med | | Potatoes |
1/4 | cups | Parmesan Cheese, grated |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Combine butter and garlic. |
2. | Cut each potato, scrubbed but unpeeled, in half lengthwise. |
3. | Cut each half into 4 long wedges. |
4. | Place wedges on lightly greased cookie sheet and brush with butter mixture. |
5. | Sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper to taste |
6. | Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 20 min or until tender. |
7. | Serves 4. |
