| Potato Wedges |

| Ingredients: |
| 1/4 | cups | Butter, softened |
| 1 clove | | Garlic, crushed |
| 3 med | | Potatoes |
| 1/4 | cups | Parmesan Cheese, grated |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Combine butter and garlic. |
| 2. | Cut each potato, scrubbed but unpeeled, in half lengthwise. |
| 3. | Cut each half into 4 long wedges. |
| 4. | Place wedges on lightly greased cookie sheet and brush with butter mixture. |
| 5. | Sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper to taste |
| 6. | Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 20 min or until tender. |
| 7. | Serves 4. |
