Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
1/4cups Butter, softened
1 clove Garlic, crushed
3 med Potatoes
1/4cups Parmesan Cheese, grated
 
Instructions:
1.  Combine butter and garlic.
2.  Cut each potato, scrubbed but unpeeled, in half lengthwise.
3.  Cut each half into 4 long wedges.
4.  Place wedges on lightly greased cookie sheet and brush with butter mixture.
5.  Sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper to taste
6.  Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 20 min or until tender.
7.  Serves 4.
